Depending on the complexity of the business process, simple setups can be configured in minutes while others need more automation, integration, or data migration. Typical pilots land in 2–4 weeks with training and approvals baked in.

Prebuilt connectors cover common SaaS apps and databases. For everything else, we support REST/GraphQL webhooks, custom connector SDKs, and bidirectional sync with field mapping.

SSO/SAML/OIDC, least-privilege RBAC with row/field policies enforced in middleware, and full audit logs. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with secrets vaulted. SOC 2 at the datacenter today, ISO 27001/9001 and privacy-by-design controls tracked on the security page.

Regional hosting options starting in Canada, with US and EU available. Customer-managed keys supported. Data stays in-region with options for dedicated private networking or isolated tenancy per customer.

Role-based policies control which automations and prompts can run and who can trigger them. Admins can require approvals on sensitive actions, and runs are logged for visibility and audits.

Usage-based platform fee plus seats, with connectors and AI usage metered separately. Volume tiers, enterprise SLAs, and reserved capacity available for larger deployments.
